1. Scope of Application

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between Talent Bridge (hereinafter “Provider”) and companies (hereinafter “Customer”) that use the platform’s services, in particular the recruitment of international professionals and trainees.

1.2 Deviating terms and conditions of the Customer are not recognized unless the Provider expressly agrees to them in writing.

2. Description of Services

2.1 Talent Bridge provides a platform for the recruitment of qualified international professionals and trainees for German companies. Services include pre-selection of candidates, AI-supported matching, assistance with visa and entry formalities, and support with onboarding.

2.2 The Provider does not guarantee the suitability of the recruited candidates or the success of their integration.

2.3 The specific services are defined in individual agreements between the Provider and the Customer.

3. Conclusion of Contract

3.1 By filling out the contact form on the website or contacting the Provider in writing or by phone, the Customer submits a binding offer.

3.2 The contract is concluded upon written acceptance by the Provider (e.g., via email).

3.3 The Provider reserves the right to reject inquiries without stating reasons.

4. Obligations of the Customer

4.1 The Customer undertakes to provide truthful and complete information about their requirements and the company.

4.2 The Customer is obliged to treat the recruited candidates fairly and in compliance with applicable labor laws.

4.3 The Customer shall immediately inform the Provider of any changes to their requirements or contractual conditions.

5. Remuneration

5.1 The remuneration is based on the individual agreement between the Provider and the Customer.

5.2 All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT unless otherwise stated.

5.3 Invoices are payable within 14 days of receipt without deductions unless otherwise agreed.

6. Liability

6.1 The Provider is liable only for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless it involves the breach of essential contractual obligations.

6.2 The Provider is not liable for the suitability, performance, or availability of the recruited candidates.

6.3 Liability for indirect damages, particularly lost profits, is excluded.

7. Data Protection

7.1 The Provider processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

7.2 The Customer consents to the processing of their data and the data of the recruited candidates for the purpose of contract fulfillment.

7.3 Further information is available in the Provider’s privacy policy on the website.

8. Termination and Contract Term

8.1 The contract may be terminated by either party with 14 days’ notice to the end of the agreed term unless otherwise stipulated.

8.2 The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.

9. Final Provisions

9.1 The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

9.2 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Düsseldorf if the Customer is a merchant.

9.3 Amendments or supplements to these GTC require written form.

9.4 Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
